Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • All included accessories must be present

  • Proof of purchase is required

Hygiene Notice – Important
For health and safety reasons, opened or used personal care items (including scalp massagers) cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged. This helps us protect all customers.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:

  • defective

  • damaged

  • or incorrect

contact us within 48 hours at veloura.official26@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.

Items sent back without approval cannot be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds
Once your return is inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.

Orders shipped to the European Union include a 14-day cooling-off period in accordance with EU law.
